 1.  About The Plyman Furniture

Q: What is the furniture made of?

A: All Kids Plyman furniture is made of premium birch plywood with E1 emission class. The plywood surface is laminated in gray, white or transparent film. Due to the lamination, our plywood is moisture resistant, easy to clean and can withstand heavy loads.

Q: Do you have furniture in other colors?

A: No, we make our furniture from plywood with lamination in gray, white and transparent (preserving the natural wood texture) colors.

Q: What age is the furniture designed for?

A: Our furniture is suitable for children of different ages - 1-8 years.
Montessori Sets are ideal for the first furniture of the baby, they can be used for children from 10 months to about 7-8 years. The helper towers are perfect for kids from 10 months to about 3-4 years. Step stools and stepladders are suitable for everyone - from 1 year to 100 😊. As a bath and kitchen step stool, it is ideal for toddlers from 2-3 to 6-7 years. Children's tables, chairs, and tabourets are designed for kids from 1-2 to 7-8 years old.

Q: Is the kids furniture material certified?

A: Yes. We use only factory produced plywood with European (Germany) safety certificates.

Q: Are all necessary screws included?

Yes, the screw kit contains everything you need (bolts, nuts, wrench, instructions) for assembly. Assembly will take you no more than 10 minutes.

Q: Is it easy to assemble?

A: Yes, the assembling is fast and easy. It takes you only about 15 minutes, it was prooved by 1000 of parents. Clear instruction and all the necessary hardware are carefully included in each box.  

Q: How do I clean the furniture?

A: Super easy! Mix warm water with a bit of dishwasher gel or washing powder. Wash the surface with a soft sponge to avoid damage.

 

 

2. About payment, deleivery & returns

Q: What payment methods are available?

A: You can choose to pay with a Credit Card, PayPal, Apple Pay or GPay or ShopPay as well.

Q: How can I change or cancell my order?

A: To change or cancell your order, contact us. Please note that we do our best to ship orders faster so in case your order has been already shipped it cannot be cancelled.

Q: How quickly can I get the order?

A: Basically, we offer Free Standard 3-8 days delivery. We ship orders on next business day and use UPS, FedEx, and USPS to deliver your parcel in 2-4 days on the East Coast and 5-8 days on the West Coast.

For urgent cases, we may offer Express 2nd Day Service (paid separately). Just let us know.

Q: Where can I find replacement hardware?

A: No need to worry, reach out to us directly and we will do our best to assist you and provide the missing screws. 

Q: What if my item is damaged?

A: We carefully produce and pack each our item  to provide you with a great quality product. Sometimes it may get damaged in transit. But no worrier if that happens to you just let us know an we will take care of it.

Q: How can I return my order?

A: Items can be returned for a refund within 30 days of receiveing an order. Contact us and we will help you with the return process. Depending on the reason for return, you may be responsible for return shipping costs. Please refer to our Refund Policy for more information.
